RAM Leisure and Workwear Embroidery
Embroidery is by far the most popular method of customising garments today and we at RAM Leisure are passionate about all aspects of this procedure.
 The first and most important requirement is for your preferred design to be originated into a digital format to enable our computerised machines to convert it into stitches, this is a necessity that any commercial embroiderer will need and it is unavoidable.
Our dedicated design department offers a bespoke embroidery digitising service using the very latest state of the art software and from either an existing embroidered sample or a specific brief we can produce the highest quality custom embroidery to your exact requirements.
Your instructions can be sent by email or post and the preferred method for our designers are a vector-generated image or secondly a good quality picture together with all the necessary dimensions.
Once your design is complete we will produce a sample for your approval before production commences, this is normally within 5 days.

Embroidery Origination Costs.
We prefer not to charge for our design origination.
Therefore for all orders over £100 ex VAT (£117.50 inc VAT.) there will be no charge.
However we do ask for a deposit of £30.00 ex VAT (£35.25 inc VAT.), which will be deducted from your first order of £100 ex VAT (£117.50 inc VAT.) or over.
If for any reason an order is not placed this deposit will be forfeited.
Should your order be less than £100 ex VAT (£117.50 inc VAT.), this deposit will also be forfeited.
The origination is a one off necessity and is not repeated on any further orders of the same design.
The origination service is for the specific use of our production facilities and a digitised version of any design will never be released for any purpose whatsoever.
Stock Designs.
Stock designs are per-originated embroidery designs that are readily available from our vast library of over 100,000 entries.
These designs can be adapted for any purpose by adding text above, below or around as preferred or even mixing and matching more than one design.
We don’t charge for the use of our stock designs but we may charge for text editing depending on your requirements.
